Jabali has more than 34 km road to travel by foot, horseback (we provide professional stabling for your horse) or mountain bike (bring your own). If you prefer the less formal roads and require a more difficult and challenging route, then you can follow the myriad of paths that crisscross Jabali.
At Jabali you will stay in a 3 star Chalet designed for your comfort and pleasure. The chalets have between 2-3 bedrooms, lounge and open plan kitchen. Each chalet has it's own private veranda with stunning views. The Chalets are fully fitted and serviced every day. The magnificent swimming pool and large lapa provide great entertainment with stunning views.
Come and have fun with us, you will be enjoying game views at the back of a horse, we will give you a lifetime chance to ride a horse for the first time. We have dedicated staff to train you on how to ride a horse, From kids to adults we can give you lessons.
When training the young horse, Jabali uses ground work to establish trust. By teaching the horse to work first at liberty, then lungeing, in hand work, and ground driving. As these skills progress the horse is ready to be started under saddle. Then the fundamentals of dressage are implemented, combined with all the necessary work to bring the horse to a level of fitness required for the job they are being asked to perform. A limited number of training horses are taken each year,
Training includes a customized program based on an assessment of horses ability and current level of training, in conjunction with the goals of owner.
